Projectmanagement like a PRO

doing better Projects

About

René Göldner is a graduate engineer with an American PMP qualification. He has managed major projects worldwide for various industries, including an international IT harmonisation project for the German Federal Armed Forces. To ensure the high practical relevance of his seminars, he continues to take on projects as an interim project manager and goes into companies.

Since 2017, he and his company have been supporting managers and project staff in companies and DAX-listed corporations on their way to sustainable leadership with an agile mindset. He lives and works in Bonn and spends most of the year in Cape Town and Melbourne, where he works with companies.

His focus is on collaboration methods and project optimisation. In particular, Göldner sees the start of a project as a key success factor, as it has an enormous impact on all subsequent project work.

Raising up the entry level at project start no longer means starting from scratch, but rather starting with a knowledge and time advantage by using existing data and knowledge. This is a significant competitive advantage. Intuition is a tool that separates a human being from a machine, and this enormous advantage, based on our knowledge and experience, becomes a competitive advantage.

At the same time, he is a top triathlon athlete with international achievements, including participation in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, German marathon champion in the 2018 team and numerous multi-day long distance races in mountain running.
In his seminars, he combines the sporting approach (the mindset) with the tasks of a professional.

As a systemic coach, he pursues a holistic and sustainable approach and works in a goal- and results-orientated manner.

„We humans do things much better with passion“, which is why self-management and knowledge of one’s own performance is a basic prerequisite for managing projects and employees efficiently and motivating project members in the long term and thus keeping them on board“.
